Supporting emotional wellbeing through creativity and connection
I offer both in-person and online clinical supervision to qualified therapists and trainees. I have three years experience supervising qualified therapists, trainee therapists and other professionals such as school safeguarding teams and teaching staff who are working with children and young people. My supervision style is reflective, supportive and thoughtfully challenging, with a strong emphasis on ethical practice, safeguarding, and practitioner wellbeing. I can offer creative and arts-based reflective methods to support thinking and the exploration of complex clinical material. These approaches can help uncover new perspectives, enhance self-awareness and deepen understanding of therapeutic relationships and processes.
I offer a reduced fee for trainee therapists. Please get in touch to discuss rates and availability.

About me
Art Psychotherapist | Clinical Supervisor
MA Art Psychotherapy, 2016 | Diploma in Clinical Supervision (Adults and Children), 2023
I am a qualified Art Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with over ten years’ experience working therapeutically with children, young people and adults, as well as families across a range of settings, including schools, NHS services, and specialist mental health organisations. I hold a Master’s degree in Art Psychotherapy (Distinction) and additional qualifications in Clinical Supervision, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Online Therapy (specialising in children and young people), and Montessori education.
My background in fine art and Montessori education continues to shape my belief in the importance of creativity, curiosity, and early intervention. I am passionate about creating therapeutic spaces where children, young people, and professionals feel understood, supported, and empowered.
Areas of therapeutic experience
I have extensive experience supporting children and young people presenting with trauma and attachment difficulties, anxiety, emotional and behavioural challenges, bereavement and loss, family relationship difficulties, abuse, and issues related to identity and self-esteem. I also have significant experience working with neurodivergent children and young people, including those with Autism and ADHD, and with individuals who engage in self-harm or experience suicidal ideation. Where appropriate, I integrate DBT-informed strategies and psychoeducation to support emotional regulation and distress tolerance.
Working Systemically with Schools and Families
Alongside my clinical work, I am currently a Lead Manager for Clinical Development, and Designated Safeguarding Officer for a London-based school counselling service, where I manage and supervise a team of therapists and clinical supervisors working across primary and secondary schools and sixth form colleges. This role involves providing clinical supervision, overseeing safeguarding practice, organising and delivering CPD training for therapists, delivering training and workshops for school communities, and working closely with families, schools, local authorities, CAMHS, and other support services. This systemic experience strongly informs my private practice, particularly when working in partnership with parents, schools, and wider networks.
