I work with children, young people and adults experiencing a range of emotional, behavioural, relational and mental health difficulties.

Art therapy offers a safe and supportive space to explore thoughts, feelings and experiences through creativity. No artistic skill or experience is needed. Using a range of art materials alongside conversation, art therapy can help people express emotions, make sense of difficult experiences, build self-awareness and develop new ways of coping.

Sessions take place in person, are 50 minutes long, and are usually held on a weekly basis. A range of art materials may be used depending on individual needs and preferences and clients are free to engage with creativity in whatever way feels most comfortable. Some sessions may involve more art-making, while others may focus more on talking and reflection.
