Parent and Carer Workshops

I offer online or school based workshops for parents and carers designed to increase understanding of children's emotional wellbeing, development, and behaviour. These sessions provide a supportive space to explore the factors that can influence children's mental health and to develop practical strategies for responding to challenges with confidence and compassion.

Workshops combine psychological understanding with practical tools, resources, and ideas that can be used at home. Topics may include understanding and supporting anxiety, promoting healthy emotional regulation, managing sibling rivalry, building resilience, and supporting children through developmental transitions and life challenges.

School Staff Workshops

I offer practical and interactive workshops for school staff, designed to increase understanding of children's emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and development. Sessions combine psychological insight with evidence-informed strategies and resources that can be applied within educational settings.

Topics can be tailored to the needs of individual schools and may include understanding and supporting anxiety, emotional regulation, attachment, resilience, developmental stages, and trauma-informed approaches to supporting children and young people.

Student Workshops

I offer school based creative, engaging and interactive workshops for children and young people across a wide range of age groups. Sessions are designed to help children better understand the link between thoughts, feelings and behaviours, whilst developing practical strategies to support their emotional wellbeing.

Workshops are tailored to the age and needs of the group and use creative, playful and reflective activities to encourage participation, build self-awareness and strengthen emotional resilience.
